NOTIFICATIONSubject: Schedule for submission of Permission-cum-Admission Forms for Secondary School Examination(Class 10th) Session Annual 2021 (Regular), Winter Zone ofJammu Province through Online mode.

The following schedule is hereby, notified for informationand follow up action by all the Heads of Govt./Private affiliatedAcademic High/Higher Secondary Institutions of Winter Zonefalling under Jammu Province, for submission of OnlinePermission-Cum-Admission Forms of the eligible students ofSecondary School Examination (Class 10th) Session Annual2021, (Regular) W/Z through JKBOSE websitewww.jkbose.nic.in

Guidelines and Instructions:-1. The concerned institution/s shall visit the JKBOSE website

www.jkbose.nic.in to log into their respective Account. Tosubmit the Permission-cum-Admission forms of their stu-dents, the School shall able to fill the examination form byentering the Registration No. of the candidate which is avail-able in the respective School account.

2. In case the R.R. No./R.R record of any student who is reg-istered by the School is not available in the School account,the concerned Institution may contact the JKBoSE in thisregard on the mail ID computercellitss@gmail.com .

3. After entering the R.R No. of the candidate in the respectivebox and by selecting 'Get details" option, a prefilled formalongwith photograph of the candidate shall be displayed .The School has to only select the subjects and upload thesignatures of the candidate.

4. Fee can be paid through Online mode only. 5. Schools shall not charge any additional Amount from the

students (apart from the prescribed fee) for submission oftheir forms.

6. The concerned Head of the institutions shall ensure that theverified Application Forms are forwarded to the JKBOSEfrom the Principal Account by clicking on the "Push data toBoSE" option available in the Principal's account.

7. The Specially abled candidates with a disability of Fifty per-cent (50%) or more are exempted from paying ExaminationFee. However, they shall take a printout of the ExaminationForm submitted online and get it attested by the Head ofthe concerned Academic institution and submit the same inthe concerned District/Tehsil Office/s of the JKBOSE, alongwith the Disability Certificate issued by the concernedMedical Board of Doctors.

8. Only those Academic Institutions who are affiliated withJKBoSE for this Academic Session are eligible to fill theexamination forms.

9. For any query, the Heads of the Affiliated AcademicInstitutions are informed to approach the concernedDistrict/Tehsil offices of the JKBOSE. They can also mailtheir queries at computercellitss@gmail.com orJsexamination_jd@jkbose.co.in

Subject: Extension in last date of filling of Online ApplicationForm for UT/Divisional/District Cadre Posts of vari-ous categories in Animal/Sheep Husbandry andFisheries Department issued vide Notification No.04 of 2021 dated 17-07-2021.

Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board (JKSSB) videAdvertisement Notice No. 04 of 2021 dated 17-07-2021 invitedonline applications from eligible candidates for participating inthe selection process for UT/Divisional/District Cadre Posts of var-ious categories in Animal/Sheep Husbandry and FisheriesDepartment; and

Whereas, the online portal for receipt of applications from theeligible candidates has been activated on 04-08-2021 and the lastdate for filling of online application form is expiring on 06-09-2021; and

Whereas, the Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board hasreceived number of representations from the candidates forextension in the last date for filling of online application forms;and

Whereas, the matter has been examined by the Board and it hasbeen decided to extend the last date for submission of onlineapplication for various posts advertised vide aforementionedadvertisement notification No. 04 of 2021 dated 17-07-2021.

Now, therefore, in the light of above, the last date for submis-sion of online applications for various posts advertised videAdvertisement Notice No. 04 of 2021 dated 17-07-2021 in respectof Animal/Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries Department shall nowbe 17-09-2021 instead of 06-09.2021.

This is the last /final extension for filling of online applicationforms and thereafter no more requests in this regard shall beentertained.
