A Very Merry Thank You!

December 1st was truly a magical day for the Mosinee Community. Families had an array of activities with the help from many business and community sponsors. Festivities began at the Mosinee High School where Breakfast with Santa was held from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. Families were able to enjoy breakfast donated by Two’s Company Restaurant and Lounge and children enjoyed delicious cookies thanks to a donation by Lee’s Piggly Wiggly. Shortly after, families were able to capture a perfect Christmas card photo with Santa because of our sponsor Wausau

Homes Design Studio, LLC. Valley Communities Credit Union donated gift bags for each child to take home after meeting Santa. Attendees had a wide selection to choose from when finding the perfect and unique Christmas gift. The festival had one of the highest turnouts for participants in the artisan and craft sale with approximately 156 vendors! At 5:45 pm, families gathered to take part in the Tree Lighting Ceremony amidst a snowfall, turning into a true “winter wonderland.” At 6:00 pm, the Parade took place which was sponsored by Advantage Community Bank and announced by NRG Media. There was a wonderful turnout for the parade with many unique and festive floats, it was a hard year to pick winners. Thank you to all that attended the 2018 Christmas Festival hosted by the Mosinee

Area Chamber of Commerce! Thank you to all the participants, volunteers, donors, and sponsors for this year’s festival. It was a great day and we could not have done it without all of your support!
