Content Creation:| Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing | Operations & Others
Content Creation:
Create & Manage Marketing Communication Tools – Understand needs of the different lines of business and turn around business data into useful marketing communication collaterals like brochures, flyers, e-mailers, presentations, case-studies, newsletters etc.
Managing Content - Regularly leverage different formats of content created to optimal usage and maximize mileage
Website updations– Regularly update information about different business / lines of business / new products / solutions etc. on the website
Repository & Usage Management – Systematically saving & retrieving relevant business information and final sales collaterals, tracking how they are used and leveraged as per the defined processes
Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing:
Create powerful quality content required for different social media platforms including FB, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
Work collaboratively with the graphics and content team members (including agencies from time to time) to identify opportunities and develop innovative campaigns
Develop social media calendar and monitor progress made across platforms basis pre-defined indicators
Operations & Others:
Marketing Operations: Finalization of marketing communication collaterals, AD Release process (Getting Estimates, Releasing Purchase Orders, Coordination with Agency & Internal Teams), Maintaining effective relations with internal teams for smooth functioning, branding during events, stall fabrication, coordinating with various business teams to source data and coverage of their important events
Lead Management - Recording & Tracking business leads generated–systematically record all leads generated from website / landing pages, sharing the same with business and tracking the responses every month; Online CRM Updation–Record and feed all leads generated from different sources into the V-Sell CRM software; Reports & Analytics – create monthly MAPA report and publish reports of the status of leads generated, trends, conversions, proposals submitted, open leads, closed leads and so on

Media Communications / marketing communications background Strong passion & knack for everything that’s digital (must have) Impeccable spellings and grammar (must have) Strong creative writing, researching & editing skills (must have) High energy individual with an eye for detail (must have) Ability to multitask & coordinate with multiple agencies & clients at the same time Follow processes &systems and suggest improvement to enhance delivery Team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
