Action Items1. Adjust your apply form– Have too many poor candidates applying? Add more fields and qualifying/knock out

questions.– Have too few candidates completing applies?

Reduce the number of required fields to lower the barrier to apply.

Action Items2. Rethink Job Descriptions– Write headers that will grab attention and convert

browsers into applicants– Keep candidates who are browsing on mobile

devices in mind- they are increasingly consuming your content and you don’t want a challenging impression.
