Over the past seven years we’ve done a lot:1. Tore down ruined rectory2. Replaced roof and improved interior of Tetreau Hall3. Renovated and renewed the Church and St. Joseph Room4. Put in side yard at church for improved use5. Replaced dangerous walls and added new steps
All of this could not have been without many people’s financial advice with what we have already in reserves but also it would be impossible without people’s generosity.
Please remember the need we have. This parking lot project will be very expensive. A simple weekly gift of $15-20 will help St. Mary’s to be a parish that doesn’t wait till things are too late, but creates a culture of constant improvement as I hope I have over the past seven years.
Please know that I am appreciative and need your help to make this a reality.

THANK YOU RECEIVEDA thank you letter was received from Holy Childhood Mission for your generous contribution to their Lenten campaign in the amount of $1,404.45. Join Us at Daily MassWe remind you that you are welcome to join our parish community at daily Mass. Our 830am Mass is celebrated Monday through Saturday at the Parish Center Chapel. Why not take this opportunity to start the day by bringing your children to Mass and offering them an opportunity to grow in their relationship with God. The Chapel is open all day long, and it is air conditioned! It is also possible to have confession after the Mass. We look forward to seeing you there.
Camp Veritas in Newburgh at Mount St. Mary’s begins on Sunday afternoon at Mount Saint Mary’s College. Those enrolled will receive email notifications. Remember it counts for confirmation prep for accelerated kids who are continuing to assist at Mass. You can still enroll for it this week by going to
www.campveritas.com Roughly 160 of our kids are going from 7th to 12th grade. Please pray for those who are going and
experiencing this awesome retreat experience.
Please be reminded that the Religious Ed office will be closed from July 20th until the 22nd of August. You may mail in the forms you have (details on page 5)
Remember that Mass obligation continues during the summer and that 8 misses are permitted all year to
remain in accelerated Confirmation. Otherwise they will be delayed in six month increments.
Visiting Priest forMission Appeal
A priest is visiting the weekend of July 17 and preaching for our annual Mission Appeal. Although he’s preaching this weekend, our collection will take place to fundraise for the Mission the weekend of July 24.
As always, thank you for your incredible generosity and kindness; your charity has helped our church (AND our Faith) grow physically and spiritually — we cannot thank you enough! God bless you!
