OPERATOR CONSOLE & DSS MODULES
The Operator Console has special keys for most frequently used operations and a Busy
Display Panel for line and extension status which also displays active system features.
DSS Consoles offer choice of 40/16 dual function keys and a display to monitor the
status of all lines & extensions or 80/28 programmable, dual function memory keys
with accompanying LEDs allowing call processing as well as activatation of system
features by single keystrokes.
CALLER IDENTIFICATION
The system offers a unique feature of caller identification based on DTMF/FSK technologies
for external as well as internal calls.
LCR - LEAST COST ROUTING
With LCR (Least Cost Routing) feature, the system automatically selects the cheapest
outgoing route available from telephone operators any time of the day or the week
thus reducing communication expenses without you even noticing it.

This is a highly efficient and user friendly windows based terminal which operates in
totally interactive manner offering highly functional utilities to the operator as well as
extension users. Other major applications are programming the system parameters,
system monitoring, call detail analysis, CTI etc.
CHOICE OF KEY TELEPHONES
In addition to the programmable and special function keys, it facilitates both system
programming and call handling with a set of interactive multilingual menus.
INTEGRATED VOICE MAIL & AUTO-ATTENDANT
The auto-attendant answers the incoming calls and guides the external caller till the
destination with the help of the prerecorded messages, hence allows time saving and
cost reduction. A total 24 messages can be recorded and played in various conditions.
The voice mail allows leaving and receiving voice messages to and from other extensions
or external lines and also recording the external calls whenever required.
