In 1989 Kodak gots award Oscar for longlasting contribution to developement of film technology.

Gave the World its first pictures from the Moon, becouse inevented first portable camera.

In numbers and places…1881 was founded the company Eastman Dry Plate Company by inventor George Eastman and salesman Henry Strong . 1884 was register the company 1892 was oficially founded under the name Eastman Kodak Company

George Eastman also though slogan up: You press the button, we do the rest.

1889 launched first celluloid roll film 1896 was produces of it 100 000 eaches1900 starts to producing a Kodak Brownie camera, which they were selling it for 1 dolar.

Company is registered in New Jersey.The headoffice is located in Rochester in New York.
