Camp Australia –Before & After School Care
If any parents require curriculum day care for Monday 4th November please come and see a staff member at after school care and get
your name down. This day will require 20 children to book to be able to go ahead with the day. You have until Friday 25th October to book.
Also this term we are putting our focus on "life in Ethiopia', the
children will learn the difference between Ethiopia and Australia. We will be making an Aussie scrapbook which will be sent to the children there as part of the camp Australia foundation anti poverty week.
Don't forget to keep an eye out in the following weeks for January holiday club news!!!!!
Any questions or queries please don't hesitate to call me on 0402 354 879.
Tab, Coordinator.
Early Departures / Late Arrivals
Parents/guardians will need to sign out students who are departing prior to the end of school in the attendance register. Similarly, late arrivals & students attending appointments throughout the day must also have their details recorded at the office. Late passes & sign out
cards will be given out and must be presented to the class teacher.
Attendance Register
All visitors to the school are required to sign the attendance register at reception and obtain a visitor’s badge which must be displayed
while on school premises. This procedure enables our children to readily identify authorised visitors to the school. Your co-operation in this matter is appreciated.
Medication Forms
Any students who require medication at school will need to have a medication form completed which details the type of medicine, time and dosage required. Please see office staff if your child requires medication to be dispensed during school hours.
Please read and obey the signs along the front of school to avoid fines.
2014 ENROLMENTS : OVERDUE Do you have a child who will be turning 5yrs by April 30th 2014? If so, please collect an enrolment form at reception. In order to secure a position for your child, you are required to return the enrolment form together with a copy of your child’s birth certificate & immunisation status as soon as possible. Please advise any of your friends or neighbours who intend to enrol that they must collect an enrolment pack from reception as soon as possible.
Compulsory Hats in Term 4
Just a reminder to parents it is compulsory for all students to wear
hats at all times when outside throughout Terms 1 and 4.
If students don’t have an approved school hat at school they are
only permitted to play under covered areas. Please also ensure hats
are clearly labelled so if it’s misplaced it can be returned to its
owner.
