The major activity in the grant is the Level III Feedlot Inventory. In the TMDL Implementation Plan it was determined that a Level III Feedlot Inventory should be completed in the WFDMR within the first five years after Plan approval. The grant is for doing 80% of them in a three-year period. The county feedlot officers’ time is being used as match for employing a full-time watershed coordinator to assist with the inventory and to carry out the other tasks in the work plan.
