-When faced with ever decreasing RNA inputs, profiling
the lowly expressed transcripts of a single cell is a
constant challenge. What we needed is a reliable and
cost effective solution to provide pre-amplification of our
samples. With GrandMaster we were able to gain
consistently 2 Cq’s in our real-time qPCR experiments
that resulted in the detection of several lowly expressed
transcripts, targets that would have otherwise been lost.
