The rotating measuring blade projecting into the vessel isdriven by a geared motor.
When the bulk goods heap up to the level of the blade, thisprevents theblade from turningandit comesto a standstill.
Asecond switchturnsthemotor off.
Should the level of the bulk goods drop and the measuringblade can turn freely, a spring brings the motor back into itsoriginal endposition.
At the same time the motor is turned on again and the signalswitch is reset.
The return torque turns the fitted motor back from it´s endpositionandactuatesby a switchingarmthesignal switch.

The filling level indicator is to be mounted in such a way toensure that the jib does come in contact with the flowingmaterial.

The control head is to be set by turning after being done up tight:
in the case of vertical mounting:- Cable entry is to be directed towards cable duct or
cable protecting well.
in the case of all other mounting positions:- Cable entry is to be directed vertical to the bottom.
The control head can be turned through 360° on the processconnection for this purpose.

In the case of the mounting positions 2,3 and 4 the bladeassembly is to be installed in such a way that no bulk goodscan deposit on the supports.
