A new period of uncertainty for Italy in a European context already destabilized by Brexit and Trump. Is it all bad for the local real estate market? KEYNOTE
Maria Paola Toschi, Executive Director, is a global market strategist at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in the Milan Office, in charge of communications to domestic retail and institutional clients. Maria worked from 1986 to 2008 as a sell-side equity analyst in different Italian banking institutions including Banca IMI and Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group, mainly covering small-mid industrial companies and following several IPOs. In 2003 she became responsible for the retail investment communications team dedicated to the Sanpaolo Retail and Private Banking network. She graduated in Economics at the Milan L. Bocconi University and has been a Member of the Italian Financial Analysts Association since 1989. She joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management Milan in November 2008.

Modalità di Ammissione e Cancellazione
La quota di registrazione è per tutta la durata dell’evento e non può essere ridotta a singolo giorno o a una frazione dell’evento.
La registrazione è personale e non può essere condivisa tra più colleghi.
La registrazione può essere trasferita a un collega in qualsiasi momento prima dell’evento. Se dopo esserti registrato non ricevi conferma entro 7 giorni, per favore contattaci per confermare la tua registrazione.
Eventuali disdette o trasferimenti devono essere comunicati per iscritto.
Verrà corrisposto un rimborso del 90% per cancellazioni pervenute fino a 6 settimane prima dell’evento. Nessun rimborso verrà corrisposto per cancellazioni comunicate dopo la suddetta data.
Pagamento • Il pagamento generalmente va effettuato tramite carta di credito. Una tariffa aggiuntiva di 75 euro viene applicata per metodi di pagamento diversi dalla carta di credito. I pagamenti effettuati direttamente all’evento (tramite carta di credito o contante) prevedono una tariffa aggiuntiva di 125 euro. Tutti i prezzi vanno definiti prima dell’evento GRI Italia per garantire l’ammissione.

Gruppi di Discussione • I gruppi di discussione durano un’ora. Sono condotti in simultanea 3 o 4 gruppi alla volta. Le lingue ufficiali sono l’inglese e l’italiano.

Admission & Cancellation Policy
Registrations are for the full duration of the event and are not divisible into individual days or any other fraction of the full event.
Registrations are per person and cannot be shared between colleagues. Registrations can be transferred to colleagues any time prior to the event.
If you have not received confirmation within 7 days of registration, please contact us to confirm your booking.
Cancellation and transfer to colleagues must be in writing. 90% refund will apply if cancellation notice is received in writing by 6 weeks before the event.
Payment • Payments generally by credit/debit cards. Fee for payment methods other than credit/debit cards is 75 euro.
Onsite payments • (by card or cash only) incur additional 125 euro charge. All fees must be settled prior to Italy GRI meeting to ensure admittance.
Cheque payment • Pay “GRI”. Mail cheque and registration form registered and express delivery to:

Group Rate • Group rate is per person. Applies to group of 3 or more participants. Need not be from the same company. Please note that registration fee reductions are not cumulative.
Discussion Co-chair Rates • Selectively available to industry leaders (investors, developers and lenders) involved in the program.
Group Discussions • Group discussions run concurrently for 60 minutes each, in successive series of 3 or 4 at a time. Official language of the discussion groups will be German and English, depending on the set-up of the discussions.
