Phase I – New 32,000-square-foot 750-seat sanctuary, administration
wing and classrooms.
Phase II – 23,000-square-foot occupied addition/renovation: youth wing
housing a gymnasium, large group rooms and new entry.
Phase III – 60,000-square-foot occupied addition/renovation: 2,500-seat
sanctuary, atrium, bookstore and the conversion of the original sanctuary
into the Christian Life Center.
This project was a finalist for the Commercial Real Estate Development
Association (NAIOP) AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE and the Minnesota
Construction Association PROJECT ACHIEVEMENT AWARD.
