Trapped in Coventry!!!

On Bank Holiday Monday 26th May Nanny, Granddad, Isobel & Morgan caught the train from Marston Green to Coventry. After doing some shopping and having lunch we returned to the station, only to find that all trains were cancelled because a tree had been blown onto the track. To cut a long story short we got home eventually in time for Kizzies baptism!!

Saturday Afternoon at Hartshill Country Park

On Saturday afternoon 24th May, Nanny & Granddad made the most of the sunshine and took Isobel & Morgan to Hartshill Country Park where they tried out the new childrens play area. Not sure who had most fun, Nanny or Isobel and Morgan!!!

One of these days Nanny will

act her age - but not too soon we

hope!!

Coventry Transport

Museum

On Wednesday 28th May Granddad took Isobel & Morgan to the Transport Museum in Coventry. As well as seeing all of the many vehicles on show they went in the THRUST simulator as it ‘travelled’ at the land speed record - 763 m.p.h.
