Finding Seig a LawyerSeig hired “Deiter’s Delights” to cater his daughter’s wedding reception. Deiter, the owner of the service, told Seig that his company would provide all of the serving dishes, plates, and cups. On the day of the wedding, Deiter told Seig that there would be an extra charge for the dishes. Although Seig paid the bill in full, has decided to hire a lawyer to determine whether this is a case of misrepresentation or fraud.
