Intensive technical growth of the Lab professionals

• Stimulating permanent training, maintaining and promoting Distance Learning Courses

• Programming Exchange Scholarships for Clinicians.

• Strengthening the Lab Staff by promoting the unification of curricula and accreditation courses

• Revaluating the work at the Clinic Lab, through diagnosis, and tackling the problems in the different countries.

Improving the service the Lab offers

*Stimulate Latin American Cooperation to help the Labs progress*Promote and encourage Neonatal Screening in all Latin American countries stimulating prevention*Create a Catalog of Latin American Experts to organize technical advice*Guidance and advice in the field of Bioethics*Promote the Standarization of Creatinine for all Latin America*Implement a system to Buy Lyophilised Sera for the entire region*Promote and stimulate Accreditations of Clinical Labs

In respect to International Agreements

• We will continue with the agreement COLABIOCLI-OPS in the area of quality

• We will continue performing joint activities with IFCC to stimulate mutual growth

Internal Vision

• We would be very interesting if we can improve our inner organization

• We have thought of evaluating the present statute to update it

• Studying the possibility of creating a fixed secretariat to facilitate the management of the Confederation

• And updating and giving more diffusion of our web page
