Give your oven and your stove a break! Break out the slow cooker and just leave it on the counter for 3 weeks, because that’s the only thing you will need to cook these meals. Every single meal in this plan is a slow cooker “dump” recipe, meaning there’s no pre-cooking or special instructions. You will just literally throw everything in bags and freeze.
The preparation instructions this time use a completely new technique designed to make preparation as fast as possible. Instead of doing each recipe one at a time, you will use each ingredient one at a time. This means that you will only handle each ingredient once. I did this by myself, with NO help from Mark and I was completely done in 90 minutes. I know you can do it too! Here is what is included in this printable pack:
1. Printable Shopping Lists
This shopping list has the specifics of what you will need to purchase at ALDI. It lists the section of the store you can find the items and a box to check off each item. This should make your shopping trip as quick and easy as possible (even with kids along).
2. Pantry List
ALDI does not sell everything, but they do sell most things. We took a look through our pantry and made a list of all the things most people have in their pantry – that way they don’t have to buy it again. ALDI sells inexpensive spices, so if you don’t have all of the spices and other items listed you can usually find them at ALDI for an additional cost.
3. Detailed Preparation Instructions
Freezer cooking works best when you can devote one afternoon or evening to prepare almost a month’s worth of meals. We’ve gone through and figured out the best way to get it all done ahead of time – so just follow our instructions and you will be all set! I would set aside 2 hours of prep time for this plan.
4. Blank Calendar
Since these meals will be frozen, feel free to enjoy them in any order you please. You can use the calendar if you wish to create your own plan.
5. Recipe cards for all recipes
All of the recipes are organized and numbered; that way you don’t have to flip back and forth between recipes.

ALDI INGREDIENTS• 2 - 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts• Flour tortillas (6 - 10)• 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)• Sour cream (optional)
PANTRY INGREDIENTS • 1 Tbsp chili powder• 2 tsp cumin• 1/2 tsp salt• 1/4 tsp onion powder• 1/4 tsp garlic powder• 1 chicken bouillon cube• 1/2 cup water
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Place all ingredients (except the tortillas, cheese and sour cream) in a freezer bag.2. Zip the bags closed and freeze. TO COOK:1. Thaw in the refrigerator the night before or the morning you plan to cook. 2. Place contents of bag in the bottom of the slow cooker.3. Cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 8, medium for 6).4. Shred with forks or a potato masher.5. Serve in tortillas and top with cheese and sour cream. Serve with white rice.

MONGOLIAN BEEF (SINGLE RECIPE, DO THIS TWICE)
RECIPE 2
ALDI INGREDIENTS• 2 lbs. pot roast or chuck roast, trimmed of excess fat• 1/2 cup soy sauce• 1 Tbsp (or 3 cloves) minced garlic
PANTRY INGREDIENTS • 2 tsp of minced ginger (or 1/2 tsp ground ginger)• 1/2 cup dark brown sugar• 1/4 cup water + 4 Tbsp water, divided• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS • 4 green onions• 1 Tbsp soy sauce• 1 Tbsp olive oil
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine beef, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic and ginger in a gallon-sized freezer bag.2. Zip the bags closed and freeze. TO COOK:1. Thaw in the refrigerator the night before or the morning you plan to cook.2. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.3. Remove the meat from the liquid and place on a cutting board.4. Shred meat and remove any excess fat. Cover meat to keep it hot.5. In a small sauce pan, whisk together 2 Tbsp corn starch with 4 Tbsp water.6. Add about 1/2 cup of the liquid from the slow cooker to the sauce pan and heat over medium, whisking constantly.7. Once it bubbles and thickens, pour the thickened sauce into the slow cooker and mix.8. Add some of the sauce from the slow cooker over the meat.
Green Onions (optional)9. Start getting a pan hot with about 1 Tbsp of olive oil. While that’s heating up, cut up 4 green onions into 2 inch pieces.10. Place them in the hot and add about 1 Tbsp of soy sauce. Stir them up a bit as they cook for just a couple minutes.
Serve the beef over rice, and top with the cooked green onions.

you like it spicy)• 2 Tbsp water
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine all ingredients in a gallon-sized freezer bag.2. Zip the bags closed and freeze. TO COOK: 1. Thaw in the refrigerator the night before or the morning you plan to cook. 2. Place contents of bag in the bottom of the slow cooker.3. Cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 8, medium for 6).4. Shred with forks or a potato masher.
Serve over white rice.

PANTRY INGREDIENTS • 1 Tbsp dried basil• 1/2 tsp black pepper• 1/2 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine all ingredients in a gallon-sized freezer bag.2. Zip the bags closed and freeze. TO COOK: 1. Thaw in the refrigerator the night before or the morning you plan to cook. 2. Place contents of bag in the bottom of the slow cooker.3. Cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 8, medium for 6). Serve over pasta witih Italian bread (use half the loaf for each meal).

ALDI INGREDIENTS• 2 - 3 lbs. chicken drumsticks or thighs• 3 - 4 russett potatoes• 2 - 3 carrots, peeled and chopped into chunks• 1 onion, sliced• 1 Tbsp honey• 1/4 cup sour cream
PANTRY INGREDIENTS• 1 tsp salt• 1/2 tsp pepper• 2 Tbsp paprika• 2 Tbsp butter, cut into cubes• 1 tsp worcestershire• 1 Tbsp lemon juice• 1 chicken bouillon cube• 1/2 cup water
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Add all ingredients (except the sour cream and potatoes) into a gallon-sized freezer bag.2. Mix to evenly distribute the spices.3. Zip the bags closed and freeze. TO COOK: 1. Thaw in refrigerator the night before or the morning you plan to cook.2. After it thaws, peel and chop 3 - 4 potatoes.3. Add chicken and potatoes to the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours (or medium for 6, or low for 8).4. Remove chicken and vegetables from the slow cooker.5. Add sour cream to the remaining liquid and whisk.6. Pour some of the gravy over the top of the chicken and vegetables and serve.

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut ribs into halves or thirds and place in a freezer bag.2. Add all other ingredients to the bag.3. Zip the bags closed and freeze. TO COOK: 1. Thaw in refrigerator the night before or the morning you plan to cook.2. Cook on high for 4 hours or medium for 6 hours.3. Remove from slow cooker and enjoy!
Serve with potatoes (mashed, baked or however you choose) and corn (1/2 of the frozen bag).

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine all ingredients, except the sour cream, in a freezer bag.2. Zip the bags closed and freeze. TO COOK:1. Thaw in refrigerator the day before of the morning you plan to cook.2. Cook in a slow cooker on high for 4 - 6 hours.3. Shred chicken.4. Add sour cream and mix into the chicken.
Serve with rice and tortilla chips. Top with shredded cheese.

ALDI INGREDIENTS• 2 lbs. pork tenderloin• 1/2 medium onion, chopped• 4 tsp (or 4 cloves) minced garlic• Burrito tortillas (use 4)
PANTRY INGREDIENTS • 1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp lime juice• 1/2 tsp salt• 1/2 tsp pepper• 1 tsp cumin• 1 tsp oregano• 1/4 tsp garlic powder• 1 beef bouillon cube• 1/2 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine all ingredients, except tortillas, in a freezer bag. Seal and mix well. 2. Zip the bags closed and freeze. TO COOK: 3. Take out of freezer 2 nights before you plan to cook and thaw in the refrigerator.4. After it thaws, cook on low in a slow cooker for 8 - 10 hours.5. Shred pork. Serve in burrito tortillas with rice, black beans, cheese and sour cream. Unused portion of black beans can be saved for later by frezing in an airtight container.

PANTRY INGREDIENTS • 1 Tbsp paprika• 1 tsp black pepper• 1 tsp salt• 1/2 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Add all ingredients to a freezer bag.2. Zip the bags closed and freeze. TO COOK: 1. Thaw in refrigerator the night before or the morning you plan to cook.2. Cook on medium for 6 hours or low for 8 - 10 hours.3. Shred with forks and serve on 4 hamburger buns.
Serve with potatoes (mashed, baked or however you choose) and corn (1/2 of the frozen bag).
