PAST EXPERIENCE Prior to joining Kern Augustine, Dr. Kobak was a partner at Abrams, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP and the director of the firm's Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC) and Office of Professional Discipline (OPD). Dr. Kobak has extensive experience representing physicians in connection with licensure issues. Dr. Kobak was the international president of the Academy of Ambulatory Foot and Ankle Surgery. Successfully defended Medicare Fraud charges and Audit Defense.
