Reason: He is old and his wife is sick. He cannot work. He has no savings, and his daughter cannot take care o

f him. He and his wife have to survive on a government allow

Reason for being poor: Social factor

Reason: Many Hong Kong manufacturing factories have moved to the mainland.

She lost her job and had to shift to work as a cleaner.

She can only earn a low salary.
