• System Page Requirements – Document for the technical team to use
to think about what needs to be on the system pages.

• Website Integration–Meeting coming tomorrow and will have
more information then.
Governance Plan
To develop a sustainable plan, four questions will be asked:
1. What are the issues?2. Who can solve the issue?3. How will the issue be solved?4. How will the solutions be sustainable?

PRIMO-EDS: Issue 1
• All links and search boxes will need to change from Primo to EDS.
• Next Steps– Sean is developing a list of where there
are links or search boxes. – Beth will email the owners to make
changes. – Sean will update boxes on AAA guide.
PRIMO-EDS: Issue 2
• Database searching from the homepage
• Next Steps– Technical team is creating a document with IDT that
outlines: functional requirements, user needs, and LG 2 capabilities.
– IDT will determine if they’d like to use LG2 for their database discovery.
– If so, technical team will figure out how to launch the A-Z Database feature without giving access to the rest of the system.
– Even if A-Z launches in LG2, LG1 A-Z are still the links of record for current LibGuides.
General A-Z Update
We are going to go ahead and start loading databases into the system.

1. Kick off: Training and documentation to kick off the LG2 implementation and to assist in content creation within the new system.
2. Long Term: Our long term and sustainable training plan that will begin as soon as content is developed and sustained for as long as the LibGuides service is in production.
