Welcome to the first edition of ‘life in tile’s’ from the tile depot. Since 1995 we have strived to bring New Zealanders a comprehensive range of quality cermaic tiles from Italy, Spain, Argentina and around the world.

The purpose of this magazine is to showcase some of the exceptional, unique or just out right different products in our range, which is predominantly available ex stock from our East Auckland warehouse.

We are passionate about tiles and we encourage customers to think outside the square, bring some life and character to your home with a tiled entranceway, bathroom, kitchen or balcony.

Our aim is to inform, encourage and inspire.

The latest Italian Technology uses real slate imagery, recreated with a 3D effect on the tile.

You wouldn’t be the first person to assume this is real marble. It is not. Crystal High Gloss glazed porcelain is pure class and sophistication.

The bold veining of the pattern makes the tile leap out at you. The polished glaze has the look of a polished marble tile but without the porosity issues that come with natural stone.

The Tile Depot is proud to introduce Fango basins to New Zealand, all the way from Argentina.

Fango basins combine a handmade manufacturing process with an industrial finish. These sinks are completely molded by hand using a potter’s wheel and hand painted by specialized artists. They are baked in automatic electric ovens which guarantee the high quality and extreme hardness of the ceramic and allow a more efficient and massive production process.

The handcrafted manufacturing process makes each product unique and not exactly alike.

These basins are surprisingly affordable and can become the centre piece of any new or renovated bathroom.

Realink is an innovative spanish ceramic technology process achieved using ink injection, which enables the factory to produce customized ceramics with any posible design.
