Surabaya, the second biggest city, which its population that reaches more than 2.8 million makes this city crowd of transportation. This makes Surabaya threatened by the air pollution which is getting worst year to year. Based on health department data , Surabaya becomes the city that has the highest number of respiratory disease in East Java. Therefore, through Light Up project, we invite you to participate in making Surabaya becomes comfortable to Iive in and feels free to breathe.

BACKGROUNDS

Light Up! is a Project that answers the question about Surabaya's people lifestyle that most of citizen disease is breathing system. Impacting the society and being society heroes are our target.

Let’s observe !

In this event, the interns will be divided

into 5-6 groups and will collaborate with

community. Every group will do

observation in the suburb area and

promote about health and lifestyle.

Community Development.

In this event we will synergy with Medical

institution, the Interns will come to the

suburb area in Surabaya and do social

project. The Interns will collaborate with

the medical institution to do medical

check-up and give medications such as

vitamin, and etc.

Save Your Lungs!

In this event, the Interns will collaborate

with partners (police) to promote about

awareness of avoiding smoke and drugs.

1. Conducting a daily fun education and activities for 7-15 years old students in weekdays.

2. Planning material for teaching. Every week, the theme for the material will be given by the OCs.

3. Participating in weekend event based on the learning event that will be conducted in each week.

4.Working with the team and mingle with people.
