LISTENING

-Listening-Speaking

We can’t re-listen in the same waythat we can re-

read, so…

…we have toconcentrate very

hard when weare listening

Children have a very short attention span...

…but it is something that

improves with time.

We have to develop activities to verify the

understanding of children while they are listening.

It is important not to overload children when

you are working on listening task…

Some listening activities will…

… make your pupils

move about, create

movement and/or

noise

… make them

concentrate and

create a peaceful

atmosphere.
