•Sheriff Sears andDeputy Ki l lpackresponded to a reportof a mental scrapperstuck on QuinlinPlace. Upon arrival,two subjects werelocated and checkedout. The owner of thescrap was located andcalled and advisedof the situation. Nocharges were filed.June 29

•Deputy Klut t sanswered severa lquestions in regards tochild custody issues inLittle Sioux.

•Deputy Killpack isinvestigating criminalmischief to a popmachine in LittleSioux.

•Deputy Klut t sresponded to adomestic assault onRoss Trail . LauraKelly and JustinKelly, both Woodbine,were arrested andtransported to jail.Both subjects werecharged with domesticassault.June 30

•Deputy Dentonand Deputy Kluttsresponded to adomestic situation inLittle Sioux. AshleyRodenburg, Li t t leSioux, was arrestedand transported tojail. Rodenburg wascharged with domesticassault.

•Deputy Klutts tooka traffic complaint thatoccurred on Highway30 north of Logan. Nocharges were filed.

•Deputy Klut t sinvestigated damagedone to a cornfield onLaredo Avenue. Thedamage was done asa result of a vehiclethat went in the ditch.The owner of thevehicle was locatedand advised that theywere responsible fordamages.

•Deputy Doie lresponded to aresidential alarm onHillside Avenue. Thealarm had been set offaccidentally by theproperty owner.

•Deputy Doiel wentto Little Sioux toassist with a propertyexchange.

•Deputy Doie lchecked on a subjectthat had been sleepingin the park in LittleSioux. The subject waschecked out and anarrest warrant foundthrough MononaCounty. Cody Conyerswas transported tothe county line andturned over to MononaCounty.

•A total of 37 inmateswere booked into jail inthe month of June- - 28males and nine females.

July 1•Deputy Klutts is

investigating damagedone to a vehicle whileparked on Light BreezeLane. A suspect has beenidentified.July 2

•Deputy Doiel isinvestigating the reportedtheft of items stolen from avehicle in Persia.

•Any criminal charge ismerely an accusation andthe defendant is presumedinnocent until and unlessproven guilty.
