EQUIPMENT FOR REGENERATION OF INDUSTRIAL FLUIDS

MAGGIE - Magnec in-line separaon filters

High intensity magnec separator fied in-line.

The simplicity of the product design allows working 24/7 opera-

on, while the footprint is four mes smaller than tradional

magnec filters.

Single Maggie units can be combined to accommodate the flow

rate/loading characteriscs of the applicaon.

Fully automated in-line systems built with very powerful rare-

earth magnets which, thanks to the unique features of internal

flow, remove parcles down to 1-5 microns.

Maggie does not require any maintenance or the presence of

an operator, there are no consumables nor addional manage-

ment costs.

Operaon

The contaminated fluid enters the separator from the connec-

on at the top using system pressure, requiring no addional

pumps.

The flow rate within the device is reduced, maximizing the con-

tact me between the parcles and the magnec field. In addi-

on, the patented design forces the dirty fluid to follow a circu-

itous route inside the filter. The fluid comes into contact with

thin-walled stainless steel pipes, which contain magnets.

The magnets generate up to 10,000 gauss and are 15 mes

more powerful than convenonal magnets.

The combinaon of high intensity magnets, low flow rates and

the special internal pathway allow to improve the efficiency of

solid parcles aracon of 80% more than convenonal mag-

nec separators. In addion, as a result of the parcle aggrega-

on process, non-magnec material is also captured. The flow

process is illustrated in the Separaon mode image.

When the amount of sludge is sufficient, this is captured by the

device and starts the automac cleaning system. Thanks to the

compressed air, the self-cleaning system is acvated by moving

the magnets upwards. The quick removal of the magnec field

allows the release of all the captured parcles.

The cleaning takes only a few seconds, and uses a small amount

of fluid (less than 1%). It also uses a single magnet movement.
