Contact Links on the homepageEasy to find!3 separate links on the homepage - strategically placed at the top, bottom and center of the page. The center link is clear and hard to miss.

Contact PageOpens by welcoming visitors to make contact with specific areas of interest. Provides very clear list of interests and links to pages to contact different areas of the RSPCA.

Contact page• Helpful in finding specific contact

details, eg donating, adopting, membership etc.

• Attractive page and easy to follow.• For visitors who are not able to find a

relevant department to email, a general enquiry form is also available at the

the bottom of the contact page.• A mail address is

provided for written correspondence along with telephone and fax numbers.

State Societies Contact Page

• Lists each states contact office in a very simple and user friendly form.

• Provides full address details including mailing address, street address, phone, fax, website and contact email.

• Interactive Google map with shelter locations all over Australia that feature further RSPCA offices and contact information. Map can be zoomed in close enough to see streets and map directions to the office.

Helping Animals & Pet AdoptionVisitors to the site wanting to inform of stray animal sightings or report cruelty to animals are directed to their nearest RSPCA society branch with full contact details available via the state societies page. Families looking to adopt a pet are directed to adoptapet.com.au along with their nearest RSPCA society available from the state societies page.

Donations and BequestsVia the contact page, users are directed to a page enabling them to donate to the RSPCA. Another link takes them to a bequest form to sent to the contact details provided.

Employment and VolunteeringPeople seeking employment with the RSPCA are able to view positions available and application and contact details.

Membership & EnquiriesVisitors seeking membership to the

RSPCA are directed to contact their local RSPCA branch. General and student

enquiries are also directed to this area as well as the RSPCA knowledge base.

Limitations Overall, the contact page is helpful and informative, however it is slightly overworked. The areas of interest often lead contacting the same areas and there are up to 8 links for the same contact area on the one page. Perhaps the contact information could be presented initially along with reasons for contacting these people.
