When someone takes on the title Team Leader, Supervisor or Line
manager they automatically become responsible for both the
performance and behaviour within the team. It is therefore vital that
managers are made aware of all performance management principles,
the management tools available and how and when to use them. This
workshop focuses on using Management By Objectives principles,
fundamental for the effective management of employee performance.
