I would like re-count to potential buyers or sellers of real estate my recent experience with the condo market in Kelowna.During the spring of 2012 my rental condo became vacant and I decided to renovate and sell the condo myself. We met with Cal, to list our property in the fall of 2012. After being on the market for a couple of years, using multiple methods to advertise ourselves, we decided to seek out the help of a real estate professional. With Cal, we received exactly that. From the start to the � nish, we appreciated his kind and considerate approach in explaining how he was marketing the sale of our property. Going into a slower time for sales, in the Okanagan, we � gured that we would give him a one year contract for the sale to be fair to him. Before I met John McGann with 2% Realty I had my property on the market for over 2 years with 2 different Realtors and a For Sale by Owner Company with no success.
