Salary Cap Limitations
For FY 2014, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014, Division H, § 203, Pub. The Executive Level II was increased by 1 percent from $179,700 to $181,500 by Executive Order 13655.
This change in the salary limitation is effective for FY14 awards as
outlined: Awards issued between October 1, 2013 through January 16, 2014 (Executive Level II)
$179,700 Awards issued between January 17, 2014 through September 30, 2014 (Executive Level II)
