What’s your angle?
If you want an easy-order, superior seal beveled closure, Anglekut’s got you covered
Why beveled closures? Because a beveled closure’s unique design creates a superior seal between metal roof panels that stops heavy and damaging water from getting in and around the hips and valleys of the roof.
And because Anglekut™ can be made at any angle, it will fit any profile and seal out wind, water, birds, and noise. That makes this product ideal for use in the construction of barns, warehouses, house roofs, and other types of metal roof structures.
Beveled closure designs make a valley or hip application easy to install. And you wind up with a seal as air tight as standard 90-degree closure strips.
Anglekut beveled closures are made from crosslink polyethylene foam, the same material as M-Cell closures, which means they’ll last the lifetime of the
building. Because the product doesn’t bleed, dry out, or dissolve with weather and UV exposure, using 1-1/2” thick foam increases the strength
of the beveled closure and ensures a superior seal of the open area.
The dynamic design of these beveled closures makes it an easy replacement for materials like polyurethane strips or caulking.
Think it will be hard to order a beveled closure product? No way. Just fill out
Anglekut Easy-Order Form on the back of this sheet. You’ll get quick turnaround, too!
If you want a truly superior seal beveled closure, there’s only one that will make the kut. Anglekut.
• Order with one simple form• Quick turnaround• Wire cut to precisely match panel profile/angle
• True fit, fewer gaps• Won’t bleed or dry out

Precise fit Closure.
Marco Industries’ Closure-Foam™ gives you so
many options when ventilation isn’t an issue for
your project. 400 profiles are already in our line…
and if yours isn’t one of them, we make custom ordering
incredibly easy. So you get precisely the fit and foam you
need for your exact application.
Marco’s M63™ Industrial Adhesive. It’s a big deal,
because applied to all products is a full ¼”
bead once installed so it stays put during
installation and you no longer need to
worry about blow away problems. The
M63™ adhesive is super strong and
specially designed to adhere even
in subfreezing temperatures
and to wet surfaces.
You choose application of the adhesive strip to the flat or the
ribbed side of the closure strip. And with Marco’s glue line
automation, you can depend on a fast turnaround after ordering.
You can also choose dovetails, available with most profiles.
Interlocking dovetails eliminate gaps, ensure a snug end-to-
end fit, and are available with or without the M63™ Industrial
Adhesive. What’s more, all scrap foam parts resulting from
die-cuts are removed leaving you with less job site cleanup.
Closure-Foam™ is economically priced, but you won’t sacrifice
quality. For example, M-Cell thick crosslink polyethylene foam is
heat-treated, creating a unique coating which gives it better UV
resistance, better durability than the industry standard . In fact,
the latest ozone literature confirms that our 1.5 density foam
provides better UV stability than competitive products with a
2.0 density.
• Full ¼" bead once installed of adhesive applied
• Profiles for every application
• 6 different foams• Thickness variety• Better UV resistance
This protective coating forms during the heat-treated process of manufacturing and shields the product from harmful UV rays.

It’s simple, really. You want a door that looks good, works and seals well, holds up to use and weather abuse, and is a good value. And with that in mind, there’s an open and shut case for Marco’s Weather-Tite™ Doors.
Marco’s AS series door models are all steel…with an all steel frame, and and all steel 26 ga. skin. The panel is filled with polyurethane, creating an effective thermal break, and for rigidity, strength and insulation.
The nylon non-collapsible lockset insert helps eliminate moisture which can cause swelling, shrinking, and lock loosening. And with its inner design, it puts the frame on the inside of the door for a quality, commercial appearance.
When closed, the special rolled edge on Marco’s Weather-Tite™ doors creates a flat surface top to bottom, side to side, for a real, dependable seal every time.
The AS1, AS2, AS3, and CHAS3 feature a 3-1/2” frame width. The CHAS5 features a hefty 5” frame width, for maximum strength. All four? or five? AS models come with 16 Ga. pre-painted finish over hot dipped galvanized steel.
The economical A3 features a 3-1/2”, .63 prefinished aluminum frame.
All five door models have common header/threshold, nailing and non-nailing jamb, and
meet handicap specifications. Plus, the dual contact weather strip really seals the deal.
These value-priced doors come with fixed-pin hinges, 2-3/4” backset standard, and are pre-hung with 4-way universal swing (see swing information on back) to prevent last minute jobsite changes..
The AS1 model comes in white with a special woodgrain (paintable) finish. Marco’s other four steel-frame model doors are available in white—with brown, bronze, and clay available as special order. The A2 aluminum frame model is available in mill finish—with white available as special order.
Other options on all door models include windows, deadbolt lockset, door closer, double door with astragal (no center post), and 24 Ga. skin.
So if you’re trying to pick the best door, remember—Marco’s Weather-Tite™ doors have a real edge. A rolled, dependable seal edge.

LP2™ represents yet another Marco Industries technological development in bringing you innovative, higher quality, and more economical products for the building industry.
Staying power• High quality adhesive• Joins metal to metal• Seals around windows, doors, more• Roll won’t telescope from heat before installation
• Adhesive really holds hot metal panels
Marco Industries has created a high quality trimmable joint and end lap sealing tape that solves the
adhesive failure problems associated with hot metal roofing and wall jobs.
Mastixtape™ is made with a superior adhesive which is non-staining, permanently flexible, and stays in place during extreme heat. It seals
around windows, doors, roof vents, stacks, access doors and other penetration points.
The adhesive actually prevents the product roll from “telescoping”…a common problem when other
adhesives get too hot and cause a tape roll to start losing its shape. Which then causes the installer more handling
problems and installation time.
Then, once Weathertite™ Mastixtape™ is applied, it truly adheres to the metal roof panel and stays in position even on the hottest days. So you don’t have to mess with a failing adhesive strip sliding down the hot metal roof before you can overlay the next roofing panel.
Don’t sweat your next metal roofing job. Choose Weathertite™ Mastixtape™ and get the job done easier and faster, even on the hottest days.
Choose the sealant that will stick aroundbefore and after installation.
Metal to metal high quality sealing tape…that really stays in place.Versatile• Mastix is a trimmable end lap sealing tape that
joins metal to metal, and seals around windows, doors, roof vents, stacks, access doors and other penetration points.
Prevents product telescoping.• Mastix superior adhesive keeps the product roll
intact and non-telescoping, even on hot days.
Keeps metal roofing panel in place• Apply Mastix to a hot metal roofing panel. It will
stay put, while you place the panel. No melting,
oozing adhesive allowing panels to slide and making your installation harder.
Non-staining, permanently flexible.• Mastix won’t stain, and it stays flexible, making it
the perfect adhesive tape for almost every metal roof application.

M-Clips
A standing seam roof is only as reliable as the clips that hold it all together.
Which is why Marco offers two types of clips made from premium, 22-gauge steel that will not fail under extreme heat, ice, rain or wind. We’ve ensured that the utmost quality is in your hands–our clips are completely free of burrs, preventing rust and other corrosion problems. Our clips are also inspected during the production process to guarantee all dimensions will match factory panel specifications.
As opposed to “thru-fastened” roofs, standing seam roofs are made of spring joints that fasten panels together along their edges. Because
standing seam roofs are designed to float and the fasteners are concealed, they do not leak. Our clips function in much the same way–they are hidden, fastened to the roof while the panel is pressed down onto the clip, locking it in place. Simple,
effective and absolutely reliable.
Whatever your standing seam roof requires–snap lock clips, fixed clips, slider assemblies, bearing plates or hidden hangers, we have you covered with the M-Clips roof clip system. Our Weather-Tite system keeps everything out of sight.

Ordering M-clips? For easy installation, don’t forget to order...
Like all other Marco products, our clip screws are made of heavy-duty alloys that stand up to tough rooftop conditions. Both our ClipScrews and UltraLo models fasten smoothly and securely to prevent canning on roof panels–a hallmark of poor product quality.
To make sure that your standing seam roof is truly Weather-Tite, make sure to ventilate the ridgecap with LP2 – a durable, non-woven, and non-wicking custom profile ridge vent that is flame and tear resistant.
Standard clip screws have regular profile heads. When those regular clip screws don’t fasten tight, it can cause dimpled roof panels and result in serious loose panel problems. Problem solved with Marco’s low profile clip screws – available in both QuikGrip™ and QuikDrill™ – with heads that are 50% lower than standard clip screws.
QuikGrip™ and QuikDrill™ ClipScrews™ have a deep thread that pulls the fastener tighter and resists pullout better. And with the 17pt special thread design, you’ll get an even quicker drill or grip on 24 and 26 ga. metal.
For a low profile clip screw that causes absolutely no canning or telescoping – which can add a “wavy” appearance to your standing seam roof – choose Marco’s UltraLo clip screw.
UltraLo’s head is 75% lower than a standard clip screw. It is also designed with an aggressive double lead thread for faster installation. Available in a regular Phillips #2 head or a Phillips/Square Diamond combo head, a 17 pt., and TripleGuard Gold coating, this heavy duty clip screw is made to last.
Custom contours fit any pitch, all major metal roof profiles, for either ridge cap application or roof-to-wall applications. LP2™ creates a low-profile look and a seal that helps keep out moisture. Python™ is a single-layer, non-fabric-covered ridge vent re-cycled material made from silicone-coated fibers that prohibit clogging. This strong, durable, modified polyester allows the greatest air flow in and out of the attic. The special cut contours plus a 2” Marco closure create an incredible WEATHER TITE™ seal to help keep out moisture, insects, dust, and plant materials.

Helping structures
breathe.Good air in. Bad air out. Just like you, buildings do better if they breathe properly. Which requires good ventilation. That’s exactly what Marco’s Python™ Ridge Vent does—helps ventilate buildings better.
Python™ is a single-layer ridge vent which is not fabric covered and comes in a coil. It’s a strong, durable, modified polyester and can be used under ridge caps,
under ridge shingles, and as a fascia vent.
Python’s non-woven, non-wicking, fiber-based matting has no external baffle, so dirt and snow trapping is greatly reduced. It helps keep out insects, dust, and moisture. As fascia vent, it helps eliminate mold build-up. Yet, with a properly balanced attic ventilation design to meet code, Python™ allows fresh air to be drawn into the attic and allows hot or stale air from inside to be
drawn out through the ridge vent. The result? A cooler attic in summer and a drier attic in winter.
That kind of ventilation helps reduce utility costs. Plus, Python™ is made from recycled plastic, so builders can be confident they’re using a green building product.
Python is light and flexible, so it’s easy to handle and to install. And you can use every piece, so there’s virtually no waste.
Of course, builders want to know what type of buildings they’re limited to with Python™. The answer: Python™ is for use with all roof applications. And with many sizes available—including for just about any fascia, you can take advantage of all of Python’s building benefits on almost any building project.
So, with Python™, you’re building with a recycled product that helps reduce utility costs by drawing cooler air in and pulling stale air out. There’s no complicated fitting or wrapping, making it fast and easy to install. It’s economical. And it’s extremely durable and weather resistant.
That should make you—and your building—breathe a lot easier. Compliments of Python™.
• For ALL roof applications• Under roofing, under hip/ridge shingles, and as an exhaust/intake fascia vent
• Keeps attics cooler in summer, dryer in winter• Helps reduce utility costs• Non-wicking, helps keep out insects, dust, moisture• Durable, made from recycled plastic
And builders breathe easier.

Low profile.Python is a single-layer ridge vent in a coil. Its low profile helps prevent puckering or buckling under the ridge cap.
Easy to handle, easy to install. It’s light, flexible and there’s no difficult fitting or wrapping.
Multi-use, and with all roof applications.Python can be used under roofing, under hip/ridge shingles, and as an exhaust/intake fascia vent...no matter what roof is on your building.
No fabric wrap, no external baffle.Nothing to cause clogging, deterioration, or dirt and snow trapping. Yet, Python helps keep out insects, dust, and moisture.
Strong and durable.Python is non-woven, non-wicking and resists damage from ice, hail, and other weather, which means fewer warping and loosening problems. And, it helps to prevent corrosion, rust, and brittleness.
EconomicalPython’s flexibility means there’s no shipping or installation crack or dent damage. There’s no waste with Python—you can use every piece. And its durability means it lasts for a long time.
A green product for today’s building projects.Made from more than 90% recycled plastic material (more than 30% post consumer content). And since Python can help draw cool air into the attic and hot air out in summer, it can help reduce utility costs.

METAL2WOOD + METAL2WOOD-HD
The Metal2Wood fastener is designed to attach steel roofing and siding used in post-frame and residential metal roofing applications.
The high hex washer head provides driving stability, its HiLo threads make for superior holding strength, and the Type 17 point allows for quick installation. The bonded seal washer creates a truly Weather-Tite seal – even when driven at an angle.
Type 17 point drills with no “point walking,” reducing metal shavings that can become embedded in the rubber washer.
The mechanical zinc plating provides extended corrosion resistance.
The Metal2Wood HD is your “rescue screw.” It can replace nails or fasteners that have loosened and backed out of metal roofing and siding.
The EPDM rubber is vulcanized to the steel washer to prevent delaminating to form an excellent seal - even when driven at an angle. The 5/16" HWH with bonded sealing washer will cover the existing hole entirely, creating a watertight seal, even if stretched out by movement of the
metal roof. The mechanical zinc plating provides extended corrosion resistance.

LOPRO + 300SS
LoPro provides a quality, low profile appearance on sidewall applications installed into wood girts. With a round head with 6-lobe recessed driver, LoPro is specially designed to fit the 6-lobe recess with no paint damage.
The undercut EPDM rubber washer provides a secure seal even when driven at an angle.
And with yellow dichromate zinc plating for a longer
lifetime, LoPro is more rust-proof than typical plated fasteners.
The 300ss stainless steel HWH and bonded washer provide protection – even in the harshest environments.
The HWH design holds the EPDM rubber washer to provide a protected seal, even when driven at an angle.
300ss is an excellent choice for use in aluminum liner panel applications, but can also function well for animal confinement structures.
The type A point will tap a pre-drilled hole in steel, or will self-drill through aluminum lines panels.

PLATING + COATING + TERMS
PlatingOptions
CoatingOptionsTRIPLEGUARD
Extend the life of your fasteners by choosing Marco TripleGuard. This fastener coating combines an electroplated zinc and chromate substrate with an organic topcoat. The electroplated zinc layer provides sacrificial protection of the steel substrate while the topcoat creates a durable barrier.
TripleGuard is engineered to provide extended field life
and improve the mechanical performance of fasteners. It is also engineered with integrated friction modifiers to eliminate the need for sealers or post-coating lubricants.
TripleGuard provides superior product performance in fewer layers than comparable finishes. Fewer processing steps result in improved quality and reduced cost.
The one coating with three times the protection.
Standard mechanical plating
Marco’s standard plating is 1 mil of mechanical plating. This provides all our fasteners with maximum plating protection.
Salt spray tests for our standard SureShield plated fasteners exceed 1,000 salt spray hours. Our mechanical plating eliminates all hydrogen embrittlement.
MARCO’S FASTENER SALT SPRAY TEST RESULTS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
MARCO’S FASTENER SALT SPRAY TEST RESULTS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
Marco uses .005 electroplating for all fasteners, with the option to add additional coatings as well. This provides excellent salt spray and Kesternich ratings. Electroplating also provides good lubricity and wear resistance for both the QuikGrip and QuikDrill fastener families.

TENSIONSTRENGTHThe point at which a fastener fails under a load exerted in two direct and opposite directions.
Fastener tension is created when a fastener elongates
during tightening, producing the clamp load that prevents movement between joint members. Such movement is arguably the most common cause of structural joint failures.
TORSIONSTRENGTHWith Torsion testing, we are able to simulate real life service conditions, check product quality, and ensure proper manufacturing techniques. Torsion tests are performed by applying rotational forces or by applying
both compression and rotational forces. Types of torsion testing vary from product to product but can usually be classified as failure, proof, or product operation testing.
SHEARSTRENGTHShear is accomplished by exerting shear force (pressure) in the crosswise surface of the fastener until shear failure occurs.
Shear force causes the two adjacent portions of the fastener to slide in opposite directions parallel to their contact surface.
PULLOUTPERFORMANCEPullout is the capacity of a fastener’s thread connection with a particular medium to remain intact and resist being pulled out of the medium.
PULLOVERPERFORMANCEPullover performance relates to the capacity of a fastener to resist the pulling of the fastened sheet material over the head of the fastener.
The resistance to pullover is related to the strength and diameter of the fastener washer as well as the strength and thickness of the metal panel used.

Remove the re-roofing danger, expense, and hassle of wood firring with RE2.TM
• Eliminate tear-off
• Easy to install
• No more warped wood firring
• Cost comparable to wood, plus increases profitability
• Won’t rot, corrode, or crease metal
Re-roof with RE2™
Use RE2 instead of wood spacers and you’ll solve the re-roofing problems.
The revolutionary RE2 is manufactured with high density polyethylene foam. It’s lightweight, yet strong and won’t rot or corrode the metal roof you install on top of it, nor will it warp which causes the metal to crease.
RE2 is sold in two150-foot easy-to-handle rolls. You just roll it across the old shingled roof, tack it down (with the 50 nails included), and install the metal roof on top. RE2 acts as a spacer between the old shingles and the new metal roof, providing air flow and ventilation.
The initial cost of RE2 is comparable to using wood spacers. Yet, it’s easy to handle and easy to install (heavy tools not required!), so it increases productivity.
Since RE2 won’t warp like wood, you’ll experience fewer customer callbacks. And our own customers report that insurance risks are even reduced with RE2.

• Maximum resistance to ozone/ultraviolet weathering
• Flexible base forms seal with most panels
• EPDM or Silicone sleeve accommodates expansion/contraction
• Lots of sizes and color choices
• 20-year warranty
• 35-year warranty available
RoofBoots™ are made with
clearly marked sleeves which can
be cut on-site to easily customize and precisely fit the pipe
diameter you need. The sleeves come in EPDM 500 and Silicone—designed for the maximum resistance to weathering due to ozone and ultraviolet light.
The base on RoofBoots™ is flexible and designed to form a seal on all types of roofing surfaces (including metal, plastic, tile,
and more), and on almost any panel configuration and roof pitch, regardless of the pipe location.
So installation is simple: choose the pipe opening and trim the sleeve, slide the boot over the pipe, form to the roof profile, apply sealant, and fasten to complete the installation.
You can also choose from round or square base, from Marco’s full selection of
wraparound retrofit and solar boots, many sizes, and several color
choices.

Steep Slope
Specifically designed for the metal roof industry, for applications with a 35 to 65 degree angle, while accepting and responding to the most commonly encountered pipe penetrations.
The built in 40° pitch allow the Extreme Angle Master Flash to handle any extreme roof pitch, sleeve flexibility accommodates vibration and pipe movement caused by expansion and contraction. Easy on site customization handles all normal installations, too. Fast, one piece construction allows for easy on-site installation in usually 5 minutes.
Made of EPDM or Silicone, these flashings are compounded specifically for maximum resistance to weathering due to ozone and ultraviolet light. The soft aluminum base is designed to form a seal on most panel configurations and roof pitches regardless of pipe location.
Steep Slope’s flexible design meets virtually all roofing needs. Sleeve flexibility accommodates vibration and pipe movement caused by expansion/contraction. Steep Slope was used to create a new engineering standard for profiled roofing by the International Association of Plumbing and mechanical Officials (for the uniform Plumbing Code) and remains the only product listed. These products are also listed for use with Type B vents. The addition of fire retarding agents milled directly into the rubber compound created a self extinguishing feature which enables it to be used with Type B vents. Listed with IAPMO certification No. 3121.

These products and more represent Marco Industries’ technological development in bringing you innovative, higher quality, and more economical products for the building industry.
Fill gaps with X-Seal.• Expands from ¼" to 1-¼"• Follows, flexes, expands, compresses to fit• UV stable• Won’t dry out or extrude like caulk or butyl tapes• Highly resistant to bugs and vermin• Economical• Maintains seal in heat and cold
For any shaped gap in the construction of metal buildings, doors and windows, concrete, wood, and more…
X-Seal comes compressed at just one-quarter inch, on an easy-to-handle roll. Cut the desired length of X-Seal, place X-Seal into the gap opening—even one with irregular hips and valleys—and remove the protective release paper. Now watch X-Seal slowly expand up to 1-1/4" to completely fill and seal the gap.
X-Seal won’t dry out and become hard or brittle. And it’s highly resistant to bugs and vermin.
It’s UV stable and maintains a seal during thermal expansion and
contraction of building panels. It has excellent compressibility and recovery
(for minimal compression set). It’s a very good thermal and sound insulator. And
there’s no shrinkage or blow-out from closed-cell breakage with X-Seal.
X-Seal holds the exterior out and the interior in, yet allows vapors to move through. A hermetic seal allows the absorption of moisture and when conditions permit, the slow release of moisture through evaporation.
With features like those, X-Seal’s versatility makes it perfect for sealing gaps in so many construction projects, between similiar and dissimiliar materials:
• Joints and seams in metal construction• Around doors and windows• For control joints, expansion joints and isolation
joints in concrete construction• Civil and underground construction (highway and
airport runways)• Log and prefabricated homes• Panel joints in precast panel construction
