Click “Run”

This occurs…

When the User Control Box

appears, click “Yes”

You then get this:

Check this box

Click “Install”

Installing…

Click “Finish”

You are now ready to create a free account

Fill in your email, username and password

Click “Register”

Now, you’re ready to make your first note

Look here

When you click on

“File”, this appears

Highlight “Sign Out”

You will see this on your desktop

And this on your task bar bar

After you click on the Evernote icon, this

appears

Enter your email and password

Click “Sign in”

You will be shown the default Evernote

window

Notice that there are three panels

Organizational sidebar

The middle part – where all the notes in your

notebooks are shown

The right sidebar where you can write your notes

First-timers see this welcome note

It contains tutorials to get you started

You can do it in two ways:

By clicking on “File”

This appears

OR by simply clicking “New Note”

You will be shown these options:

Click on “New Note”

You will see this the first time you make a note

It contains pointers on

how to make your first note

These buttons will help you edit your note

Click to set a title

Type your text here

Your note will look something like this:

Once you're finished

typing your note, you

don't need to do

anything else.

will automatically save

and synchronize your

new note to Evernote

That same note will

then be available on

all of your devices

You’re now ready to make a new note

Choose an image to add (in this example, an

image from Pictures)

Write a title

Drag & drop the desired picture to the Evernote

window

The image now appears in your note

The same technique

can be used when

saving images from

the web. Simply click

and drag your image

Ready for a new note

Drag & drop the desired picture to the Evernote

window

Web image is now on your note!

The new image note

will be synchronized

to Evernote on the

Web automatically!

After that, it'll be

accessible from

anywhere you've

installed Evernote —

including your smart

phone or tablet.

Go to evernote.com

Click on “Products”

Click on Evernote Web Clipper

This appears

Choose your preferred browser

Click “Get Web Clipper for Chrome”

This window appears

Click “Add”

Download begins

When download is done, web clipper icon

appears here:

Highlight the webpage content you want to clip

to Evernote

Click on the Web clipper icon

This appears

Sign in your email and password

Click “Sign in”

You will see the title here

The notebook where you will clip it to

You can change the notebook by clicking this

You can also add tags…

… and comments

Clicking here

Shows you these options

I choose “Save Selection”

The desired content is now clipped to your notebook

Click “Close”

This remains

Clicking here

Takes you to Evernote Web

The content highlighted has been clipped to

Evernote web

After a few moments, check if the new note

is clipped to your desktop Evernote

Click on the Evernote icon

The new note is also clipped in your desktop

Your notes are now being synched
