During the Show

Exhibitors can opt to set up the afternoon before the event (4-7 PM)
Day of: Set up begins at 6 AM Trade Show opens at 8 AM
Check in at Exhibitor Registration Area/ Help Desk to get badges, conference tote bag and other info
Study the Schedule Be aware of the event’s schedule
Exhibit Hall hours Keynotes Workshops Breaks Booth preparation and dismantling times

Drawings Exhibitors are welcome to bring a door
prize item to be drawn after the show. Arrangements must be made with the
winner separate from the trade show. Mass-ALFA will not announce the
winners of individual exhibitor’s door prizes during the trade show.
Booth Dismantling Statistics show that you can obtain that good
prospect the last half hour of a show! This year’s trade show has been timed to
provide an additional 30 minute break additional 30 minute break following the afternoon keynotefollowing the afternoon keynote so that you have one last block of face-to-face time with attendees (from 3:00-3:30 PM).
Booth tear down must begin at 3:30 PM. All exhibit booths must be vacated by 5:00 PM.
After the Show
Debrief Debrief with your staff within one
week of the conference and trade show while experience and “lessons learned” are still fresh.
Evaluate what worked and what didn’t work to better prepare for your next trade show.
