Export the List
1. Log into CRM (www.hobsonsradius.com)
2. Click ‘Events’ and then ‘Attendees’
3. Choose ‘All Attendees’ and then ‘Fall Orientation 2015- Address info by
session’
4. On the search bar, type up the exact date that you want to export. (ex:
07/07/2015)
5. Make sure to check if the date is correct. Also make sure duplicates are gone
through.
6. Export!
Looking at Duplicates
1. Log into CRM (www.hobsonsradius.com)
2. Click ‘Events’ and then ‘Attendees’
3. Under ‘All Attendees,’ choose ‘Fall Orientation 2015 – Multiple Registrations’
4. Scroll through the list. When you find the duplicates, check ‘modified
time’ and see which one is the newest.
5. Check the box of duplicates. Select ‘Actions,’ then click ‘Mass Update’
6. Choose ‘Attendee Status’ and ‘Cancelled.’ Then click ‘Update’
7. (Note #1) if there are two ‘accepted,’ cancel the old entry.
8. (Note #2) IF there have been the exactly same time, email them
Under review
1. Log into CRM (www.hobsonsradius.com)
2. Click ‘Events’ and then ‘Attendees’
3. Choose ‘All Attendees’ and then ‘Fall Orientation 2015- Under Review’

You are going to change any of these status to ‘accepted’ : Student-
Matriculated, Student-General, and Student-New
5. If you see students with many ‘Total Cumulative,’ contact them individually to
see if they should come to the orientation. (Transfer students may not need to
come to the orientation session)
6. Check everyone on the list / make sure duplicates are gone through.
7. Choose ‘Actions’, then ‘Mass Update’
8. Choose ‘Attendee Status’ and ‘Accepted’. Then hit ‘Update.’
Emailing Incomplete
1. Log into CRM (www.hobsonsradius.com)
2. Click ‘Events’ and then ‘Attendees’
3. Choose ‘All Attendees’ and then ‘Fall Orientation 2015- Under Review’
4. Search ‘Incomplete’
5. Select all and under ‘Actions,’ click ‘Send Email.’
Adding Walk-ins
1. Log into CRM (www.hobsonsradius.com)
2. Click ‘Events’ and then ‘Attendees’
3. Click ‘New Attendee’
4. Search for the contact, select the attendee status, and select the event name
