This week we are focussing on addition and subtraction.

The children have been taught this back in the Autumn term, so should have completed pages in their Maths No Problem books, therefore this week most work will be done in their exercise books.

Method 4 Use a 100 square to count on in 10’s

Start at 19. Remember when we add on 10, we simply go down one on the 100 square.

We need to add 20 so this time we need count 2 down.
