Hey Key Clubbers! It’s the start of summer vacation, which also signals the end of the school year! The end of the school year starts the beginning of a new key club year! I look forward to working with all of you this year as well as doing lots of community service with each and every one of you! I hope you all will be joining us in doing lots of fun activities, fundraisers, events, and much more! This is going to be an amazing year! And I’m glad I going to share it with all of you. Let’s go above and beyond this year! Let’s take this club to the next level! I hope you all have an amazing summer whether it is doing community service, summer homework, summer school, classes, hanging out with friends, going on new adventures, visiting family, traveling, anything! 2012-2013 Vice President

In Key Club, there are events that are really big and these are some of them! -Officer Training Conference (OTC) : As the name says it is the training conference for not only officers but board members to learn more about how to guide the club, Members can also go to learn more about key club! It is a lot of fun! -Regional Training Conference (RTC) : It is a training conference where several different regions come together and have a blast! There is a campfire, a dance, and lots of workshops!! -Fall Rally North (FRN) : FRN is a SPIRIT RALLY! It’s super loud, super fun, and you are bound to lose your voice! It is all the Key Clubs in Northern California and it is being held at SIX FLAGS MARINE WORLD this year! -District Convention (DCON) : A whole weekend filled with fun and excitement! Lots of workshops to learn about key club, a dance, lots and lots of SPIRIT! A complete guarantee that you will lose your voice by the end of the weekend! Held in ANAHIEM THIS YEAR! -International Convention (ICON) : ICON last for almost a week and it is a crazy amount of workshops jammed pack with a LOT of fun!! This year’s ICON is held in FLORIDA, but its too late for that.. If you want to go next year it’s in WASHINGTON D.C!!

Hey Key Clubbers! If you guys and girls do not know we are having our FIRST FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR!! It’s called basket boys/girls and Scavenger hunt (haha sorry really long title!) Just go to Facebook and all the information is located in the event page! (https://www.facebook.com/events/179639178828606/) SO GO CHECK IT OUT AND START BIDDING!!!! It’s going to be a lot of fun! And you get prizes if you win!! SO GO! GO! GO! (:

INNvision Innvision is an event that changes the way you look at things, you see how

much you truly have, and it changes the way you think. You help serve

food to the homeless, to families that don’t have money to put food on

the table, to little starving children. It is an amazing event and I hope that

if you get the chance, to go to Innvision.

Election Night When: Tuesday, June 5 2012

Time: 6 p.m – 11 p.m

What: Helping Kiwanis with their Election Ballot Collection Center.
