CORPORATE DESIGN: SPLASH
Splash, an online woman's beauty magazine, requested a fun, yet functional,
headquarters for its employees. I designed this with my partner, who had the
second floor. I had the first floor, which is shown. The floor plans and
elevations were done on AutoCAD, and then were hand rendered. The
Perspective images were done on Sketchup, and then hand rendered with
graphic markers.

HOSPITALITY DESIGN: READING ROOM AT UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA
The University of Tampa wanted to transform an old dormitory space into a
multi-functional reading room for its students and the public to enjoy. The
front reading room features a wine bar and is perfect for socialization. The
Grand Reading Room features many spots to study and work in, all while
keeping with a constant theme of "casual outdoors". The design work was
done on Trimble Sketchup, and was rendered using SU Podium.

CORPORATE DESIGN: PM ADVERTISING
PM Advertising is an Advertising Firm, which reached out for my help in
redesigning their office. The goal was to create a functional space for its
workers, all while paying homage to the art of Piet Mondrian. The design work
was completely done in AutoCAD.

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN: OCEAN VILLA CONDO
This condo was designed for a young couple and their dog, Spot. The design
revolves around a contemporary design approach, which is tied in with natural
color schemes. The design work was hand drafted and hand rendered with
water color pencils.

KITCHEN & BATH DESIGN: RUSSO FAMILY
The Russo Family needed my design assistance in redesigning their kitchen
and master bathroom. The kitchen had to accomodate the whole family, which
included both Mr. and Mrs. Russo, their two children, their dog Fido, and
the grandparents, who frequently babysit the children. The master bathroom
had to accomodate Mr. and Mrs. Russo, and their need to use the space for
personal grooming and relaxation. Also, the couples' varying heights had to
be taken into account when designing the custom vanity. The design work was
all done on AutoCAD.

rFor a senior level lighting
design class, the midterm
consisted of designing,
creating, and wiring a
light fixture. I decided to
design a wine bottle
chandelier. I cut the wine
bottles using acetone,
twine, fire, and ice cold
water. I hand stained the
box that the pendants
hang from. I also wired
the whole lamp to turn on
with a switch. No lamp kit
was used in this project! I
did everything from
scratch, and really
enjoyed learning more
about wiring and lighting
technologies.
