The Iron Curtains

Imagine Leon meets Inglorious Basterds, during the cold war.

The Idea Based before Kennedy’s assassination, greed has

corrupted U.S politicians, Businessmen and Russian deputies to continue the fear of nuclear war.

This is where the organization comes in, a group of individuals of different nationality working for the corrupted. The organization will kill, blackmail or manipulate whoever their assigned (powerful men who are trying and stop the conflict).

Lee Harvey Oswald is a simple man who finds himself being involved with the organisation……

Genre Our genre will be a mix of thriller, mystery, war,

historical and drama.

Inspiration Our inspiration came from after watching fight

club, the idea of the mind controlling our sub-conscious without being aware it’s happening really interested us. In a way, also inception.

Clint Eastwood’s and Christopher Nolan’s style of cinematography in key scenes are the what we want for our film.

Target audienceOur film will be aimed at males between 20-30

years old, this is because of it’s violence and political content.

Our second target audience will be followers of our chosen actors and director.

Release dateWe plan to release our film in the summer of

2012, the is because

Kids will be off school which means they are more likely to go to the cinema.

As it doesn’t get dark until later hours of the day, more people will go to the cinema at different times in the day.

Budget And Profit We are looking at a cost between $80-100

million with the possibility of back end deals for some of our more prestigious actors. For the back end deal it we will be willing to up to 25% of the films profit for cinema release and DVD/Blu-ray release for the first 3 months.

As for profit we are looking at around the amount of $500 million plus.
