1. Dedicated M&E Co-OrdinatorYou will have a dedicated Meeting Co-Ordinator who will oversee every detail of your booking from initial enquiry to final detail check prior to you arriving to the hotel.2. Meet & Greet HostThe Event Organiser will be greeted on the day by one of our dedicated Meeting Hosts. They will go through the day’s agenda & arrange any final changes or requirements you may have.3. Maximum Enquiry Response Time – 3 HoursAll enquiries received during normal working hours (9.00am – 5.30pm), will have a response within 3 working hours of receipt of enquiry.4. Clear Event Contract – no hidden extrasAll event costs & charges will be clearly communicated to you in your initial proposal. A contract with easily understood terms & conditions & agreed details of your event will be sent to you prior to your event date.5. Room AccessYour room will be fully set up & ready for you to access 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
6. Porterage & ParkingThe Event Organiser will be offered assistance with meeting porterage and parking will be provided. Porterage and parking requirements must be requested in advance of arrival.7. AV FacilitiesStandard presentation facilities (TV or screen & projector), flipchart, markers & WiFi will be provided complimentary in all meeting rooms.8. Food & BeverageFood & Beverage will be served no later than the time agreed on your event order. We offer a varied choice of refreshments & cater to special dietary requirements. Unlimited bottled water is available throughout the day of the event.9. Feedback within 3 working daysYour Meeting Co-Ordinator will contact you for feedback within 3 working days of your event ending & respond to any points raised within 48 hours of this call.10. Invoice or Receipt within 3 working dayWe will send you your bill or receipt within 3 working days of your event ending. It will clearly detail all pre-booked & agreed items & any extra charges that you authorised on the day.
