HAVE A PURPOSE• You need to know what is your purpose for he meting before it happens.

• Be specific of what you want and the achievements you are trying to get with it

• Be clear and punctual

MAKE A PLAN• You need to have a plan, what are you going to say, what

will you do in case you have problems

• Work with other co-workers to make a better plan, everybody can help

• Make a summary of your major points before the meeting

BE CALM• You need to be calm during the meeting

• Ask only important questions about the subject you are talking about

• Encourage participation from the other people who are in the meeting, every opinion matters!
