I arrive at my Club meeting – how am I greeted? I observe how the meeting is run I notice if I am eager to leave or feel like persistent for some

conversations I reflect on how much of my day I spent between leaving for

the meeting until I get back to work I notice if I had a helpful conversation with anyone I think about what I will say when my spouse asks who was

our speaker
