Two reports are now available for Microsoft

Partner Network partners from the MPN

Landing Page Membership menu:

1. Partner Summary Report contains

membership information including

competency and benefits.

2. Cloud Services Dashboard with Cloud

performance metrics, including

subscriptions and consumption/usages.

Partners need to sign in with their Live ID in

order to access their detailed report.

Account & Reports

Report Security

Security for these reports is managed

and controlled by partners in the Partner

Membership Center.

Two type of security privileges available:

• Administrator

• Non-Administrator

Individual accounts need to have a

Live ID.

Contains Information on:

• Partner Profile

• Membership, Training, and Benefits

• Cloud Subscription and Consumption/Usage

Partner Summary Report

• Active: competencies currently in active

status.

• In Progress: met one or more

competency requirements.

• At Risk: one or more competency

requirements is out of compliance.

• Qualified: met all competency

requirements, but have not paid

competency fee.

Cloud IUR: the cloud IUR dashboard

shows all the consumed IUR benefits for

Cloud products.

Partner Support: lists detailed

information on advisor hours and

incidents.

Associated Individual Tab: lists the individuals

and the exam/courses taken.

MCP Tab: lists the MCPs and the exam/

Intune and Dynamics 365 managed by a

• Access to reseller ’s contact information,

right from the dashboard.

Product reports are available in this dashboard:

• Summary view will have all subscriptions and seats data

for products.

• Individual products will have respective subscription and

active usage data.

• Tenant/TPID toggle switch to view cloud subscription and

Active Usage information from Customer Tenant and

Customer TPID on the reports.

and seat utilization details for O365.

o Active use: users can view active usage for each of the workload for O365.

View active usage Active use is defined as “intentional use”.

o Historical active use: users can view historical trending information for

seats based cloud subscriptions based on usage snapshot.

o Adoption stages (TTM): Users can view their customer’s current

consumption status to identify gaps/growth opportunities.

o TTM = trailing twelve months

o TTM = trailing twelve months

o Next level of usage is available via sub-workload data

usage for sub-workload is not available prior to April 2017.

Dynamics 365 Rebranding of CRM Online to Dynamics 365 – update coming June 2017

o Seat-based cloud product summary: users can view subscription sales

and seat utilization details for Dynamics 365.

o Channel Performance Summary: allows the user to view subscriptions and

seats data by sales channel.

o Active use: users can view active usage for each of the workload for

Dynamics 365. View active usage Active use is defined as “intentional use”.

Workloads include:

o Qualified available seats

o Qualified assigned seats

o Active seats

• Historical active use: users can view historical trending information for

seats based cloud subscriptions based on usage snapshot.

O365: Online Services Usage incentive pays incentives at

subscription ID. Cloud services dashboard does not have

subscription ID, only SKU and customer name.

EMS and PowerBI: Data is available with subscription ID.

A Program Detail Report for will be posted by the last week of of

every month if a partner is receiving an incentive payment..

Partner Access is by PPC (Primary Program Contact, and users

with global and local admin rights.

DPOR Transition Report will be posted by the 20th of every month.
