INSPIRED by tattoo culture and folklore, my work uses lines and dots to create drawings that chal-

lenge or exaggerate the pre-defined symbolism of an image. These drawings often incorporate

animals that have a traditional cultural meaning which is then added to through using elements that

compliment or contrast with the original context.

Screen printing onto mediums such as t-shirts and tote bags

allows the audience more accessibility to the work.

The work becomes functional in an everyday environment,

in transition of the beholder.
