DESCRIPTION
MOCH (Hwa Chong's Own Magazine spelt backwards) is an in-house publication by the Publication & Publicity Committee (PUBCO) of the Hwa Chong Student's Council. It is distributed thrice-yearly to students of Hwa Chong Institution (College Section). The Geek Issue is the inaugural issue by the 37thPUBCO. In 2010, the 37th PUBCO released an online version MOCH on HCunite.com to cater to alumni and readers outside Hwa Chong.
