Mr. Virdin C. Brown Started with the CFMC in 1976. Virdin, as we affectionately call him, was the first Chairman of the Caribbean Fishery Management Council, representing the USVI. Mr. Brown was Commissioner of the DPCA of the USVI. Mr. Brown served as Senator and President of the Senate of the USVI. Virdin represented the people of the USVI and has been associated with the CFMC for 33 years (1976 to 2009).
