MS Excel – Print Preview

• Set print area.

• Click on file and print preview.

• The print area appears.

• Click on the page tab.• You can set landscape

of portrait mode• Can fit spreadsheet to

one page.

• Click on the margin tab and you can adjust the margins left, right, top bottom.

• Click on the Header footer tab and you can include a header or footer.

• Click on custom and the following window opens.

• Type in either the left, right or center pane and the text will appear in that section of the page.

• Use the A button to adjust font and font size etc.

• Click on the sheet tab to set or remove gridline from the spread sheet.
