Introduction of MSAJ
• Established in 1976, comprising students studying in academic institutions such as universities and vocational schools in Japan
• Our main objective :To take care of the welfare of Malaysian students in Japan by providing various forms of assistance.

• To support Malaysian students in Japan in seeking employment opportunities.
• To widen Malaysian students’ exposure to the corporate sector.

Date: 28th April 2018 ( Saturday )Time: 12:00pm ~ 4:30pm (Registration starts from 10:30am)

【Booth Rental Fee】▪ 1 booth:100,000 YenIf you apply for more than a booth, 10% discount will be given from the 2ndbooth onwards.※ Applicants can only request for up to 2 booths on their first application.Application for additional booths is accepted. However, we may not be able tomeet requests for additional booths due to related constraints.
【Payment Method】
▪ Cash payment on event day
※ If you wish to use other payment method, please contact us by e-mail.
【Cancellation Policy】
▪ 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes 1 month before career fair (30th March 2018~ 20th April 2018)
▪ 100% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes 1 week before career fair (21st April 2018~28th April 2018)
※ Please contact us by phone and email for any cancellation or changes.
Open Space Interview Area
■ Free of charge■ Space for interview/discussion session between companies and students■ 8 tables provided for 15 minutes interview/discussion sessions■ Number cards will be distributed at the reception desk upon request■ Available from 12:00 noon to 4:30p.m
※Companies who wish to conduct interview sessions for the whole dayare advised to apply for an extra booth exclusively for interview sessions.
