SpecializationsEach of our specializations prepares students to work with certain populations in a range of settings. Students choose a Concentration and Specialization which shapes their curriculum and gives them the tools to apply social work principles and skills to a particular group. These groups range from children and families, to the elderly, and areas of practice range from advocacy for improved policies and services to individuals with mental health issues, to school social workers.
