Automat-ed template matching algorithm performs 2D retention-time alignment assisted by constraints written in CLIC.Simple or complex CLIC expressions can be built usinga collection of retention time, multi-spectral, and peakcharacteristic functions to perform both qualitive andquantitative analysis.

Comprehensive Group Analysis

GC Image software provides sophisticated graphicalobjects that can be used to define 2D retention-timewindows for manual integration or group analysis. Meshobjects can also be created to easily define comprehen-sive groups of peaks or chromatographic regions.

Generic Retention Index Calibration

GC Image software provides generic functions to per-form calibration from retention times to retention indicesor other chemical properties. Custom functions can beused in addition to linear, piece-wise linear, and polyno-mial functions. Also, 2D region-based boiling point cali-bration is supported for SimDist analyses with GCxGC.

Calibration & Quantification

GC Image software supports external and internal stan-dard calibration, and provides tools for creating and ex-amining calibration tables from batches of processedchromatograms quickly and easily. Combined withSmart Template™, the software provides automatedquantification and reporting.
