My Advising Worksheet

It is solely and only the student's responsibility to meet the requirements for graduation. All forms of advising are for

informational purposes only.

• Students may view their unofficial advising worksheet (degree audit) through their MyCSU account.

• After logging in, click on the student tab:

• Then click on courses and grades on the left:

.

• Next click on Course Needs (Advising Worksheet):

• Make sure to recalculate student progress before and after registering for classes; then click on your advising worksheet:

Taking courses that do not apply toward your degree

• If you have any courses listed in the Courses That Do Not Apply you are taking courses that will not count toward your degree and may effect your financial aid. Please contact your advisor for assistance. MATH 098 and 099 and ENGL 099 will count toward your financial aid, but not your degree or Life and Palmetto Scholarship hours. You may need to meet with financial aid if you have any further questions.

Unofficial audits

• Your advising worksheet is an unofficial check of the requirements you have completed and the requirements you have remaining. While unofficial, it should accurately reflect your progress in meeting your graduation requirements.

• If you believe there is an error, it is your responsibility to contact the Office of the Registrar.

• If you do not understand how to read your audit, please contact your academic advisor.

Requesting an official audit

• Once you have earned 61 hours or more, you can request an official degree audit through your MyCSU account.

• Click on the student tab, on the left click on forms and fill out the online form.

• You will receive an email from the Registrar's Office within two weeks with your audit attached.

• Students can receive only one official audit. • When you apply to graduate, we automatically audit your record.
