Mary-Beth Bergstresser

I have known Mary since third grade when she came to Richfield. However, it was not until seventh grade that we became best friends. She runs…away… from the cops…usually. Not really, she runs track and cross country and is a beast- just like all my other runner friends. She knows me better than anyone I else. Mary is amazing singing/ screaming partner at two o’clock in the morning. She is funny, sweet, and just gorgeous! We laugh nonstop when we are together.

I became friends with Janna last year, when we were both silly little freshmen. We met through my friend Mary because they are both runners. However, I had already met her a few years back during a summer tennis camp and Battle of the Books competition. Nerds from the very beginning, just kidding! Janna is the sweetest person I have ever met. She is also very intelligent.

Janna Featherstone

Illa JonesI met Illa for the first time, freshman year, during volleyball. We were not really good friends until soccer season, however. She is hilarious and amazingly pretty. In the picture below we are on the playground at a Greensboro Grasshoppers game. That

night we were chosen to go out onto the field and compete in a race, the only catch was that we had to be dressed like

hamburgers! Lets just say we rocked those hamburger suits. In Gilllian’s words we are ridiculous when we are together.

Hunter and I met last year. Ben , Hunter, and I had all six

classes together….and me and hunter shared a locker. You

could say we saw a lot of each other, sometimes more than

either of us wanted.

Because Mary was my best friend and also friends with hunter we learned to get

along and by the end of the year were really close

friends

Hunter is the most amazing runner Gray Stone has ever seen. She is undefeated in regular season, I think she will go very far in running.

Gillian Gulledge

Gillian Gulledge had been my friend for almost my entire life, she just

won’t go away. After all these I still cannot spell her last name… without

her help. She went to pre-school with my sister and went to Richfield

with both of us.

I’ve played sports with her for many years. One time she was at our house and she flipped our four

wheeler. Her mom has not let her come over since.

Victoria Sandy

Last year during volleyball is when I met my friend Victoria. She was the uncoordinated

hitter and I was the spastic setter, what a

pair we were.

We were fast friends and have been

inseparable since last year.

Victoria and I are both on Varsity volleyball at Gray Stone. She has improved so much

from last season it’s unbelievable. She is also one of my closet

friends

Cameron PottsI did not really know Cameron before this year. He is one of my sisters closet friends so I knew who he was but I have gotten to know him a lot better this year. Cameron plays soccer for the great, undefeated Knights. He runs too, I think…maybe. He is really funny and nice, usually. He has an elevator in his house that I plan to find in and eat M&Ms, but he does not know of my secret plan.

Ben LykinsI have known Ben since kindergarten. He has always had that cow-lick, although he used to have bangs that hung over it. Ben can be nice when he wants to be, usually he is thinking about something else ;]. He used it be obsessed with guitar hero.
